Service Agreement & Terms of Use

The following Service Agreement is between MBMT Incorporated (referred to as the "Company") and Individuals or entities (referred to as "Customer(s)") seeking Furniture Delivery services, Furniture Assembly services or Furniture Disposal services through VanDeliveryApp.com.

Booking on VanDeliveryApp.com is easy, simply answer a few questions about your service needs. Choose your preferred time & date, keep in mind that there are surcharges for bookings completed on the weekend. All surcharges will be clearly displayed on the schedule page. There may also be surcharges for last minute bookings scheduled within 6 hours of booking time. You will receive a confirmation email and receipt right away with all of your booking details. Our booking system will allow you to book up from 2 hours before your service appointment to 3 months in advance.

FURNITURE DELIVERY SERVICES AGREEMENT

 

We operate a website (VanDeliveryApp.com) that connects Customers with independent contractors offering Furniture Delivery services (referred to as "Service Providers"). Customers can book and pay for a furniture delivery service through VanDeliveryApp.com specifying the required services, date, time, and location(s). By booking and paying for a furniture delivery service on VanDeliveryApp.com, customers agree to VanDeliveryApp.com service agreement and terms of use. Customers make payments for services on VanDeliveryApp.com, after the pricing, service details and payment methods have been displayed. Customers can cancel or reschedule service requests according to the Cancellation & Reschedule Policy. Customers grant Service Providers access to their location(s) at the scheduled service date and time. Upon completion of the service, customers can rate and review Service Providers, which may impact Service Providers' visibility and reputation on VanDeliveryApp.com.


FURNITURE ASSEMBLY SERVICES AGREEMENT

 

We operate a website (VanDeliveryApp.com) that connects Customers with independent contractors offering Furniture Assembly services (referred to as "Service Providers"). Customers can book and pay for a furniture assembly service through VanDeliveryApp.com specifying the required services, date, time, and location(s). By booking and paying for a cleaning service on VanDeliveryApp.com, customers agree to VanDeliveryApp.com service agreement and terms of use. Customers make payments for services on VanDeliveryApp.com, after the pricing, service details and payment methods have been displayed. Customers can cancel or reschedule service requests according to the Cancellation & Reschedule Policy. Customers grant Service Providers access to their location(s) at the scheduled service date and time. Upon completion of the service, customers can rate and review Service Providers, which may impact Service Providers' visibility and reputation on VanDeliveryApp.com.


FURNITURE DISPOSAL SERVICES AGREEMENT

 

We operate a website (VanDeliveryApp.com) that connects Customers with independent contractors offering Furniture Disposal services (referred to as "Service Providers"). Customers can book and pay for a furniture disposal service through VanDeliveryApp.com specifying the required services, date, time, and location(s). By booking and paying for a Furniture disposal service on VanDeliveryApp.com, customers agree to VanDeliveryApp.com service agreement and terms of use. Customers make payments for services on VanDeliveryApp.com, after the pricing, service details and payment methods have been displayed. Customers can cancel or reschedule service requests according to the Cancellation & Reschedule Policy. Customers grant Service Providers access to their location(s) at the scheduled service date and time. Upon completion of the service, customers can rate and review Service Providers, which may impact Service Providers' visibility and reputation on VanDeliveryApp.com.


CUSTOMER(S) RESPONSIBILITIES & LIABILITY


Customers agree to pay for services promptly and in accordance with VanDeliveryApp.com pricing structure. Customers must accurately describe their service needs and provide all necessary information to Service Providers. Customers must also ensure a safe working environment for Service Providers during service provision.


VanDeliveryApp.com is not liable for the quality of services provided by Service Providers or any disputes between Service Providers and Customers. Customers agree to resolve disputes with Service Providers independently, without involving VanDeliveryApp.com. VanDeliveryApp.com reserves the right to terminate or suspend Customers' access to VanDeliveryApp.com for policy violations or misconduct. By accessing and using the Service Provider Marketplace on VanDeliveryApp.com, Customers agree to all of the terms and conditions set forth in this Service Agreement.

Frequently Asked Questions

HOW ARE SERVICE PRICES CALCULATED?

 

Our booking and quoting system is based on an algorithm that takes into consideration multiple factors and allows us to offer our customers UPFRONT PRICING. No need to worry about hidden fees or unexpected additional costs, what you see when you book is what you pay. Once your booking is confirmed and payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email (usually within minutes) that includes a receipt - with details of your service request - and confirmation of booking time and date.


WHAT HAPPENS ON YOUR SCHEDULED SERVICE DATE?

 

20 to 45 minutes prior to the time of your scheduled service, you will receive a text message with details on the name of your service provider(s) and estimated time of arrival of service providers at the service location. It is your responsibility to ensure that the service can be done in adequate conditions, which includes but is not limited to: verifying the accessibility of the premises, clearing the area where the service provider(s) will be working in, and validating - If required - the availability of the elevator, ramp or loading dock. You must notify us of any issue(s) that could interfere with the successful completion of your service. It is also your responsibility to check that the work was done correctly at the time of service completion. A person aged 18 years and over must be present at the time of the service so that you may verify the accuracy and the state of the work done. It is highly recommended to inform the service provider of any issues while still on service site. If you noticed any damages to any of your items, or if there was an incident during the service, you should report the problem to the service provider immediately, who will note the nature of the problem on our system along with uploading pictures. Please refer to our service agreement for more information.


WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY BOOKING DATE AND TIME?

 

All requests to change your moving or delivery booking date and time can be made directly from the confirmation email you received when you booked your service. Rescheduling is completely free as long as the change is made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled service time. If you do not make changes before that time frame, you will have to contact our customer service department (877-941-7444) and rescheduling fees may apply. Please review our cancellations and reschedule policy for more details.


IS VANDELIVERYAPP.COM LICENSED AND BONDED?

 

VanDeliveryApp.com is one of the largest delivery service provider marketplace in Canada. Service providers are required to have a valid $1 million commercial auto insurance policy. We do not accept no responsibility with respect to deliveries subcontracted to an independent service provider. Any delay for your moving or delivery job will not be the legal responsibility of VanDeliveryApp.com. In such cases, no compensation will be granted. In addition, VanDeliveryApp.com cannot be held liable in the event of a problem or dispute with an independent service provider (delay, strike, loss, damage, etc.). In such a case, the dispute must be resolved directly with the service provider concerned.

 

CHANGING YOUR BOOKING DATE AND TIME

SHIPMENT BY INDEPENDENT CARRIER

 

VanDeliveryApp.com is one of the largest network of independent service providers in Canada. We do not accept no responsibility with respect to deliveries subcontracted to an independent service provider. Any delay for your moving or delivery job will not be the legal responsibility of VanDeliveryApp.com. In such cases, no compensation will be granted. In addition, VanDeliveryApp.com cannot be held liable in the event of a problem or dispute with an independent service provider (delay, strike, loss, damage, etc.). In such a case, the dispute must be resolved directly with the service provider concerned.

 

SERVICE PROVIDER AVAILABILITY


VanDeliveryApp.com is dependent on the availability of our service providers. Available times displayed during booking process is based on our current service providers availability and thus if your job is not yet confirmed, available times displayed may change. Once your job is booked, service provider commits and guarantees to arrive at scheduled time.

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

We value mutually trustful and ethical relationship. Once your job is scheduled, it is assigned to a service provider and booking is confirmed on their calendar. The cancellation/reschedule policy is in place to compensate service providers for losses resulting from such cancellations and reschedules. We know and understand that no matter how careful you plan your delivery or small move, things can happen. So, we made our cancellation policy fair, flexible and super easy to process. Once your booking is complete, you receive a confirmation email that will include links to cancel or reschedule your service.


Cancellation – If you cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your service is scheduled, you will be entitled to a refund of 100% of your service price amount. If you cancel your bookings within 24 hours of your scheduled service, you will be entitled to a refund of 25% of your service price amount. Refunds are processed immediately and are automatically sent back to the credit or debit card used at booking.


Rescheduling – If you reschedule your booking up to 12 hours before your service is scheduled, your reschedule fee will be 0$. If you reschedule your bookings within 12 hours of your scheduled service, your reschedule fee will be $35. Fee payment will be collected automatically from the credit or debit card used at booking. You are only allowed to reschedule once.


“No Show” Policy – Once you book your service. A professional service provider is scheduled and blocks a certain amount of time on their calendar as a commitment. It is expected that we can also rely on you to be ready for your service at the booked service time. In the event that you are not ready and available, or if we do not have access to the items we have to transport when service provider arrives, your service job will be considered a "no show" and no refund will be applied. this policy applies to both pick and drop off locations.
